Hi, I’m Stef

I work with women who find themselves carrying too much—especially in relationships that start to feel one-sided, overwhelming, or quietly exhausting.

We don’t just talk about the pattern after the fact. We work with it in the moment it’s happening.

This work is grounded in a somatic approach focused on real-time awareness—supporting you in catching the pattern as it happens and choosing differently.
